Let’s get started talking about the Core System Requirements!

Core Game Engine System Requirements

The Core Game Engine is a 3D game client and authoring system produced by Manticore Games.

People use Core to connect to tens of thousands of free online games, play with friends, socialize, and even create and monetize 3D games of their own.

The interface to the Core Game Metaverse is through a 3D world rendered on your screen using the Core Game Client, so you will need a computer capable of displaying 3D graphics.

Minimum System Requirements:

  • CPU: Intel Core i5-7400 or AMD equivalent
  • RAM: 8 GB
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX1050Ti or AMD equivalent
  • OS: Windows 10 64-bit

Recommended System Requirements:

  • CPU: Intel Core i5-7400 or AMD equivalent
  • RAM: 16 GB
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX1660Ti or AMD equivalent
  • OS: Windows 10 64-bit

All you need is a decent, mid-range gaming PC and you should be able to meet or exceed the Core Game Engine System Requirements.

If your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements, you are ready to download Core Engine for Free.

Can I Run The Core Game Engine On My Laptop?

Most laptops do not have graphics cards powerful enough to meet the Core Game Engine Minimum System Requirements.  However, some gaming laptops may be able to if they have graphics cards equal to or better than a GeForce GTX 1050Ti.

Can I Run The Core Game Engine On My Mac?

You can run the Core Game Engine on a Mac using a PC emulator, such as Bootcamp.

Keep in mind that there is no official Mac support, so you are on your own if that is the route you choose.

Conclusion

I hope you found this article useful and I hope your computer is powerful enough to join me in the Core Metaverse.

Any midrange gaming PC should suffice.

If you like to play games, socialize with friends, and even make your games, Core Engine is the way to go.

See you in the Metaverse!

Your Turn. What Do You Do?

Does your current computer meet the Core Game Engine Minimum System Requirements or do you need to upgrade something in order to join the Core Metaverse?

Tell me about it in the Comments Section.  I'm interested in how many people already meet the system requirements for the Core Game Engine.
